• You sign up for your tune-up online.
• We do online research.
• We schedule a short phone call or video chat to find out more about your firm and your needs.
• We review the talking points you provide to us.  All your materials are kept confidential.  We're happy to sign an NDA.
• We offer our critique.
• Then we can start tweaking your talking points and/or creating new ones to fit your changing needs.
• We walk you through our work product and provide your with a final PDF of the tuned-up talking points.
• What if a curve ball is thrown at you after you get your shiny new talking points? We'll jump on a call or video chat at no extra cost (up to 30 minutes). 
• Our tuneup is available in English or Spanish.
